Planning Approved! - Extension to bungalow in Bunny, Nottingham

We are thrilled to announce that after negotiations with Rushcliffe Borough Council, we have finally achieved planning approval for our extension and remodelling of a bungalow in Bunny.

Using modern methods of construction (mmc) we have designed a new first floor structure to sit on the existing masonry walls of the bungalow. This has allowed for the bedrooms to be placed on the first floor and the ground floor layout to be completely opened up to reflect how our clients wish to live in the property.

Externally, the existing walls are to be painted white with a contrasting black timber clad first floor. We wanted the house to feel super modern but with a nod to the agricultural context the house sits within. Large sliding doors and picture windows allow views of the countryside from all spaces within the house.

We are now working through stage 4 and hope to be on site later in the year.
