Grange Villa, Edwalton

The new house occupies part of an existing large garden surrounded by mature trees. It is situated in the popular suburb of Edwalton, Nottingham.

Our client wanted a modern two storey home so we designed this stunning contemporary home. This modern home large open plan living areas, 5 double bedroom with en-suites including a generous master suite with dressing room. The rear of the property has two integrated terraces so the homeowner can enjoy views over their new landscaped gardens. There is a double height space next to the kitchen with a galleried landing sitting area.

The contemporary dwelling is inspired by the surrounding period properties in the conservation area. We wanted to avoid a pastiche design and we have worked closely with the conservation officer to create a timeless and high quality design.
